Physician Health Network (PHN) was established in 1992 by physicians of primary care and specialists.
PHN is a California Professional Medical Corporation. There are 33 licenced physicians shareholders of this corporation.
PHN is governed by the nine Board members.
PHN currently providing health care to about 40,000 HMO lives in Inland Empire.
The PHN current coverage includes, San Bernardino, Colton, Rialto, Fontana, Lima Linda, Redlands and Yucaipa.
PHN purchased and now own three clinics in Chino, Fontana and Rialto. These clinics are providing care to about 4000 HMO lives in addition to private and cash patients.
PHN through the existence of 22 years provided quality care to patient.
